Payvand Natanzi is the Operations Manager at George Smith Partners, based in the firm’s Century City office. Raised in the greater Los Angeles area, she proudly comes from a Persian Jewish background.
Payvand began her career at GSP as an analyst in June 2022 and now plays a key role in overseeing operations, internal systems, and business development. She works closely with executive leadership to streamline processes and improve organizational efficiency. Her responsibilities include recruitment, onboarding, marketing coordination for national conference sponsorships, and internal communications. She also contributes to branding, social media strategy, and podcast production (The Landscape), while providing direct support to GSP’s advisors through outreach, tailored marketing materials, and strategic deal exposure.
In addition to her work at GSP, Payvand has been involved in the development and daily operations of a family-owned gas station business. Her responsibilities have included managing construction timelines, coordinating with city agencies for permitting and inspections, handling vendor and fuel distributor relationships, overseeing budget tracking and compliance, and implementing systems for staffing and inventory management. This multifaceted role has given her a strong foundation in real estate execution, regulatory navigation, and operational problem-solving.
She holds a Bachelor of Science in Real Estate Development from the University of Southern California. Outside of work, Payvand channels her creativity into Fleeb’s Kitchen, a food blog she has curated since 2016. She is passionate about culinary arts, painting, and staying active through daily fitness and strength training. In addition to her creative and physical pursuits, she enjoys reading, lifelong learning, and exploring meaningful pathways for personal and Jewish growth.
